Rev. Thomas J. Euteneuer (www.HLI.org) is the president of Human Life International, the world's largest pro-life organization with affiliate offices and associates in eighty countries. He has traveled more than one million miles as a pro-life missionary and has visited fifty-seven countries, directly speaking to tens of thousands of people spreading the Gospel of Life.
A former US Marine, he has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana as well as a Licentiate degree in Biblical Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, Italy. He is fluent in Spanish.
He was awarded the John Cardinal O'Connor Award for Life from Legatus in 2005 and the "Soldier of the Church Militant" Award from the Brent Society in 2007.
Dr. Alice von Hildebrand (www.HildebrandLegacy.org) is a worldwide renowned Belgian Catholic philosopher and theologian. She taught Philosophy at Hunter College in New York City where for 37 years she was an extraordinarily successful teacher. A number of her students converted to Catholicism under her influence, despite the anti-Christian spirit at Hunter.
She was married to the famous philosopher and theologian Dietrich von Hildebrand, meeting him at Fordham University in New York where she was a student and he was a professor. She remained married to him until his death. She retired in 1984.
Fluent in German, French and English, she lives in the United States and is a lecturer and an author, whose works include: The Privilege of Being a Woman (2002) and The Soul of a Lion: The Life of Dietrich von Hildebrand (2000), a biography of her late husband. Her latest book, “A Man and a Woman: A divine invention” will be available at the Conference.
Mr. Raymond de Souza (www.RaymonddeSouza.com) is Founder and Director of the Saint Gabriel Communications international apostolate of Apologetics and Evangelization in Australia, the United States and South Africa; Program Director for Portuguese-speaking countries for Human Life International; EWTN program host; Director of the Sacred Heart Legion and Grand Knight of the Saint Michael’s council of the Knights of Columbus (Scranton Diocese, Pennsylvania).
He edited Henry VIII’s ‘Defence of the Seven Sacraments’ to help Anglicans and Lutherans come home to Rome. He is also a member of the Advisory Council for Catholics Come Home.
Fluent in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese and Italian, he has assisted religious education programs at parishes, schools, and lay organizations in 15 countries of five continents. He was awarded the “Michael Bell – Initiatives for Life” by the International Alliance of Catholic Knights in 2002. In this apostolate he is greatly assisted by his wife Theresa. Their marriage has been blessed with eight children.
